The app

One list. One day.

Everything you meant to do today, in a list that comes with you. Block all the noise until you're done, or unlock your apps one by one.

Categories, not folders
Urgent, personal, work, or new habits. Everything in one place with nothing hidden or filed away.
Carried, never lost
Unfinished tasks roll forward. Never let a task or habit slip by again.
Rewards, not guilt
No red badges and no angry alerts. Focus on what matters and reward the achievement.
Unlock by the minute
Unlock everything at once, or get short term access for each task. The choice is yours.

Out of sight, means out of mind.

We really do try. We create lists, and leave them behind. Nopad's widgets keep the day in front of you: three Home Screen sizes and a Lock Screen complication.

Let's get technical

Scrolling endlessly is a form of hyperfocus.

It's just not being wielded in ways that benefit you. Those afternoons that vanished, the second-screening. It's not a weak attention system, it's an ungoverned one, making it extremely vulnerable to whatever wants to govern it for you.

You might be wondering...

Is Nopad for people with ADHD?

Our app is for anyone struggling to get control over their focus and screen time, which can be especially helpful for those with ADHD. Our founder created this app to help with his own diagnosis, but we stand firm that our app is not a medical device, tool, or treatment. It's an app anyone can benefit from.

What happens to a task I don't finish?

It rolls to tomorrow automatically, marked as carried over. Nothing is deleted and nothing turns red. The day starts where the last one stopped.

How does app blocking work?

It's built on Apple's Screen Time framework, so the shield is enforced by iOS rather than by Nopad. You choose which apps to lock and which tasks unlock them, and none of your usage data ever leaves the phone.

Is this a treatment for ADHD?

No. Nopad is a productivity app, not a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose or treat anything. It removes one specific obstacle, the apps engineered to capture your attention, so more of your focus lands where you aim it.

Can I unlock apps one at a time?

Yes. Finish a task and you can unlock the apps tied to it for a few minutes, or keep the shield up until the whole list is done. You choose which apps each task controls, and you can change the pattern any day.

Does Nopad sync my data?

No. Your tasks, categories, and history live only on your phone, in the same secure storage iOS uses for the app and its widgets. Nothing is uploaded, and we never see your list.

What is the scroll actually costing you?

Not the whole phone, just the apps you'd take back if you could. Move the dials to whatever is honest, and the rest of your life does the math.

If you never stop, that's

2.6 years

Your years scrolled so far plus every year to age 80, counted as whole 24-hour days. The point isn't the exact figure, it's that this is the only budget you can't top up.
