Nopad features: focus app, task list, and app blocker.

Nopad is an iPhone app that pairs one daily to-do list with Screen Time blocking. Finish the tasks you set; the apps you chose stay locked until you do.

Daily task list (ADHD-friendly to-do app)

One list per day. Unfinished tasks roll to tomorrow as carried over—nothing turns red and nothing is deleted. The design avoids guilt mechanics that make many task apps hard to reopen.

See it on the homepage: The App.

Screen Time app blocker

Blocking uses Apple's Screen Time APIs. iOS enforces the shield; Nopad does not proxy your usage data. You pick which apps to lock and assign them to tasks. Unlock all blocked apps when the full list is done, or unlock per task for a short window.

Home Screen & Lock Screen widgets

Widgets show today's list at a glance. Small, medium, and large Home Screen sizes plus a Lock Screen complication. Check progress without opening the app.

Privacy: local-only, no account

Tasks and history stay on your iPhone. No sign-up, no cloud sync, no in-app analytics. Screen Time permissions are used only for blocking.

How Nopad compares

Apps like Opal, Freedom, and Focus Bear emphasize schedules, limits, or cross-device blocking. Nopad is different: blocking is tied to your daily task list, with carried tasks and per-task unlock. Best if you want one calm list and iPhone-native Screen Time enforcement without a cloud account. Full comparison →
